Live Free Groups

For anyone feeling stuck or longing for breakthrough, Live Free Groups are designed to help you experience freedom through Christ. In these groups, you’ll find a supportive community focused on healing, wholeness, and walking in the power of God’s Word. Whether you’re overcoming personal struggles, breaking old patterns, or seeking emotional and spiritual freedom, this is where freedom becomes real—and lasting.

Grow Groups

We know life in Silicon Valley moves fast, but true growth happens in intentional spaces. Grow Groups meet weekly in homes, coffee shops, or online, offering a place for real conversations and life-giving friendships. These small groups are designed for people looking to deepen their faith, be challenged, and form relationships that encourage personal and spiritual growth.

Activity/Affinity Groups

We’re better together—and we’re better when we have fun together! Activity and Affinity Groups gather around shared passions like hiking, book clubs, sports, and other hobbies. These groups help you build Christ-centered friendships while doing what you love. Whether you’re new to church or looking for ways to connect beyond Sunday, these groups are a great way to make Bethel feel like home.

In a world of isolation, anonymity, and keyboard-warriors, Alpha offers content and guidance for churches, ministries, and individuals to create a space for honest and open conversations about life’s biggest questions. Everyone is welcome and no questions are off limits.

Real Life

Every Sunday | 9:30AM | Keys Chapel | San Jose Campus

Real Life:  Join us on Sunday mornings where we dig deeper into God’s word, grow in our faith, and apply it to our everyday lives.  Grow in community as we share with each other what God is teaching us while building meaningful friendships, encouraging each other as we do this thing called “life” together.  We were built for community, we aren’t meant to do this alone.  Whether you have been in the faith for a long time or you are new to the faith, whether you are young or old, everyone is welcome.  Let’s learn from each other.

Want to start your own group? We’ll equip you with everything you need! You can use Sermon Discussion Questions, host a game night, or lead a prayer meeting—the possibilities are endless!

Facilitating a group is part of our Serve Team, helping make disciples in Neighborhoods & Nations. To start:

  • Complete the Bethel Next Steps Seminar
  • Fill out the Serve Team Interest Form (select “Group”)
