Teen Challenge has been working against the problem of addiction, alcoholism, and abuse in their communities for the past 60 years. Focusing on one person at a time has become one of the most highly effective forms of recovery in the world.
Today, Teen Challenge NorWestCal Nevada continues to work against a destructive lifestyle.
They also work to prevent sex trafficking and abuse in communities. The threat of human trafficking and human slavery continues to grow, and they continue to expand their ability to address these concerns.
Convoy of Hope is a faith-based organization with a driving passion to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreach, and disaster response.
In partnership with local churches, businesses, civic organizations, and government agencies, Convoy strategically offers help and hope to communities around the world.
They are a coalition of churches, nonprofits & local government coordinating efforts to reduce poverty in Silicon Valley. CAP-SV aims to equip churches for collaborative, place-based ministries in poverty pockets around Silicon Valley. They maximize impact with churches focusing on a specific community and nonprofits focusing on their specific services, poverty alleviation can be more coordinated, impactful and relational.Building relationships, while meeting material needs is critical, they believe that building authentic human relationships is at the center of breaking the cycle of poverty

Join us in serving our community! We invite you to serve in our Food Distribution team every 1st and 3rd Thursday morning of the month. Your presence makes a difference!
Making a long lasting difference starts with true compassion and deep relationships. Join us as we come together with our neighbors and city to show the love of Jesus where ever we go.
In this six-session, virtual course you’ll learn from pastors and leaders in Silicon Valley about poverty and the biblical model for how we as Christians can help. With practical applications and insights, you’ll be able to apply these learnings to your everyday life and volunteer opportunities.
Make an impact by meeting a physical need directly to our community by being a part of the Bethel Closet! Takes place every 3rd Thursday of the month from 10am-11:30am.

When you come to the Dream Center on a mission trip, you have the opportunity to be a part of many of the life-changing outreaches that take place daily. From playing with neglected kids in under-resourced neighborhoods, busing hurting people from the streets to church, and handing out food and other necessities to those experiencing homelessness on Skid Row, you get to play a role in bringing hope and help to the broken of Los Angeles.
