Digital & Design Pastor
Thomas Seibert
As the Digital & Design Pastor at Bethel Church, I lead creative and digital strategy at Bethel Church—overseeing branding, marketing, and in-person and online production. I direct campaigns that strengthen our church’s presence, foster deeper connections, and drive growth locally and globally.
I provide creative direction for multi-platform campaigns across web, social media, video, and events—ensuring strong visual storytelling and cohesive branding. I also lead our creative and production team, which includes video/audio, design, photography, communications, social media, and online hosts, along with a volunteer media and communications team of 30+ people.
My role spans digital brand strategy, audience engagement, website design, UX/SEO, livestream production, and content architecture. I use analytics and SEO tools to craft data-driven strategies that boost engagement and church growth, while also helping host our online church platform and digital community.
Education & Experience
I’m an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and a Berean School of Ministry graduate, with over 12 years of ministry experience. I’ve served as a Young Adults and Creative Arts Pastor, been involved in missions across seven countries, and led in kids and youth ministries. I also studied communications, design, and marketing at City College of San Francisco. Beyond church ministry, I founded Church Design Lab and have worked as a Senior Designer at Apple.
Family + Fun
I’m passionate about design, leadership, and seeing churches thrive. My greatest joy is sharing life with my wife, Abbey, and our two sons, Maverick and Israel—with a third baby boy on the way! I love reading, traveling, playing disc golf, and living a healthy lifestyle.
Above all, my heart beats to see Silicon Valley—and beyond—transformed by the hope of Jesus. I believe God has placed us here, at the crossroads of innovation and culture, to spark a movement that impacts both our neighborhoods and the nations.
