As the Gen Now Kids Pastor, I have the privilege of serving the families and children of Bethel Church through our Gen Now Ministry. Alongside an amazing team of volunteers, I help children learn about God’s love, recognize Jesus as their best friend, and shine His light brightly into the world. I also work closely with our Gen Now leadership on Special Projects such as the Legacy Pathway, empowering parents to nurture their children to be lifelong disciples of Jesus.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
I earned a Bachelor’s in Math and am a Certified Minister with the Assemblies of God through the Berean School of Bible. I began serving at Bethel Church in 2007 as a part-time Children’s Ministry Administrator, and by God’s grace, I now serve as a pastor supporting young families and children. It has been an honor to serve in Bethel Kids Ministry for nearly 18 years.

FAMILY
I moved to the United States from Brazil in 2007 with my husband and son. In 2011, I lost my husband to cancer and have been a widow since then. I have an adult son, Eduardo, who is pursuing his education at the University of Alabama. God has been faithful through every season of my life here in the U.S., and I’m grateful for His continued blessings.

FAVORITES
Movies & TV Series: I enjoy Romantic and comedy movies and TV series such as NCIS, Law & Order, Heartland, and The Chosen.

FOOD: Italian food is my favorite, though I love most dishes—especially sweets and bread!

MUSIC: I enjoy worship songs in both English and Portuguese, as well as Bossa Nova (Brazilian music style).
