As Lead Pastor, Frank Silverii serves as the primary vision caster and communicator on the teaching team at Bethel Church. With a deep love for the local church and a heart to multiply ministry impact, Pastor Frank leads in collaboration with the Official Board of Deacons and staff across areas such as leadership development, strategic planning, and church multiplication.

Education & Experience
Pastor Frank holds a Bachelor of Arts (equivalent) and a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary. He has faithfully served in full-time ministry for over 35 years in a variety of roles—including youth pastor, young adult pastor, senior associate pastor, and now lead pastor. His decades of ministry reflect a consistent passion for spiritual formation, team leadership, and empowering the next generation.

Family
Frank has been married to his amazing wife, Laura, for over 40 years. Together, they have raised three incredible children—two adult sons, Sean and Nathan, and a daughter, Jaimee. They deeply cherish their growing family and take great joy in their six grandchildren: Caleigh, Mykah, Presleigh, Ezekiel (in heaven), Kainen, and Kinzley.

Favorites
Music: A self-proclaimed 70s rock ‘n’ roll fan, Pastor Frank also has a deep appreciation for worship music that glorifies God. Some of his favorites include Hillsong United, Kari Jobe, and Gateway Worship.
Food: He enjoys a good meal—especially Italian and Mexican cuisine—but appreciates almost everything put on the table.
